- iProp Realty was formed in December 2004 and headed by a team of experienced people. The firm’s core business is the provision of services, which cater specifically to the needs of clients in the selling, purchasing and leasing of property. iProp Realty handles all sorts of property types –– residential, commercial, industrial and land. The firm is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia, which in turn regulates all valuers, appraisers and estate agents practicing in the country. Currently iProp has close to 80 staffs. The firm has four branches in hotspots throughout the state.
